The problem

Memberships aren't selling.

Every empty spot is initiation, dues and food-and-beverage minimums the club never collects. The agency you already pay sends reports, not members. And nobody on staff has the time to fix it. That is the part we take off your plate.

Find. Frame. Fill.

How it works
01

Find

Empty spots go to people likely to join and stay. Your GM and membership director tell us who joins, who stays and who's missing. Usually week one.

02

Frame

Your club gets the reasons to join and the message for each kind of member you want in those spots. Written down, and the club keeps it. Ready by day 30.

03

Fill

Qualified applicants for your open memberships, from ads where they already spend time. Warm leads go straight to your membership director. Ads live by day 30.

Questions

Plain answers.

Marketing built to fill a private club's membership. We find who joins and why, write the message for each kind of member, and run ads that bring qualified applicants to your membership director. We do it for private golf and country clubs, one club per metro.

Discovery with your membership director and GM, your reasons to join and the message for each kind of member, campaign strategy, ads, landing pages and tracking, ad placement and management, a monthly meeting, a lead follow-up kit for the membership director, and a plain monthly read on the numbers. Ad spend is separate.

At least $2,000 a month. Clubs in larger metro areas should plan on more. Our Standard assumes that budget is in place.

The club, on its own card. Ad spend is separate from our monthly fee, and that stays true even when our fee stops and we keep working.

The club owns its ad accounts and everything made for it, including the written message for each kind of member.

Your time at the start, mostly: discovery conversations with the membership director and GM. We handle the rest.

By day 30, as long as the club finishes discovery in the first week or two. If discovery takes longer, the ads and the 90-day clock move with it.

15 qualified applicants in your first 90 days of ads, or our fee stops and we keep working until we hit it. We guarantee applicants, not how many join. Qualified means a person who fits the member profile we agree on together in discovery. Two conditions: discovery done in the first week or two, and the ad budget in place. Billing starts when you sign. The 90 days start when your ads go live, within 30 days.

Our fee stops and we keep working until we hit it. Those free months don't count toward your season, so you still get every month you paid for. The club still pays its own ad spend, which we never guarantee or cover.

We take one club per metro area, so we check fit before we say yes: a real membership program, room to grow and a membership director who will follow up on leads. A short call tells us both.

Yes, when membership is a real part of how the club runs. Private and semi-private clubs are a fit. A course with no membership program is not.

Nine months, one full membership season.

Three. That is how many we can start before the spring season and still finish discovery by day 30. Clubs start in November or December, so the ads are live ahead of the membership season, not behind it. Applications for the pre-spring group close December 15, or when all three spots are taken, whichever comes first.

No. We take one club per metro area. Once a club in your area signs, that area is closed.
